In order to successfully and efficiently process your order, as well as to process registration and manage your user account, we need to process selected personal data that we obtain from you for this purpose. To ensure you have a continuous overview of what personal data we process and how, and to remain fully transparent with you, we provide a few paragraphs on this topic below:
The personal data controller (i.e., the entity that processes personal data and determines the purpose of its processing) is, in this case, our company Onyxx Gaming, s.r.o., ID No. (IČ): 24095915, with registered office at Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Prague 10, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file reference C 438834, which also operates the e-shop and processes your order (within the meaning of the terms and conditions available HERE).
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (known as GDPR), or in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act, which further elaborates on certain sections of the aforementioned GDPR within the Czech Republic.
The personal data we process in this way includes only the following (if provided during registration or later supplemented in the user profile):

These personal data must be processed automatically and manually in order to fulfill the purchase agreement to which you are a contracting party (so that we can execute the order itself), to fulfill obligations arising from cooperation (if you are a streamer), to fulfill legal obligations applicable to us (for example, accounting archiving or subsequent liability claims for defects under the terms and conditions available), and within the scope of our legitimate interest.
Similarly, we use personal data to inform you about any changes in the processing of personal data, about the status, changes, or resolution of your order, and about potential developments regarding the product range you purchased (exclusively via email, SMS, or, in urgent cases where a problem arises with order processing, by phone), or for other directly related information.
We process personal data only for the period strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
Your personal data will not be used in any way for profiling within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (direct marketing within the meaning of point 5 above is not the result of profiling), nor will we transfer it to third countries (with the exception of any agreed international carrier in accordance with the terms and conditions, where it will be necessary to hand over personal data to a local carrier to finalize the order) or international organizations. Personal data will not be transferred to other persons either, with the exception of those with whom we necessarily collaborate to execute the order and ensure the operation of the client portal or application:

When operating the website, we use basic analytical tools to monitor traffic and similar metrics, as well as basic cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website. All under standard third-party conditions that do not infringe on the privacy of website visitors in any way.
